A Letter from the Founders
From a single birthday cake made for our beloved mother, to a humble roadside stall along Kaliurang Street where Bloomery first opened its doors—we never imagined those beginnings would blossom into what Bloomery is today.
What started as a Mille Crepes, made with love and patience in our home kitchen, has grown into a collection of desserts shaped by emotion, memory, and joy.
Over the years, we have been fortunate to be part of many stories—birthdays, weddings, graduations, and everyday moments of joy. At Bloomery, every creation carries our signature Joyful Layers of Sweetness.
Our journey has never been about scale alone. It has always been about connection—the smiles shared through each Bloomery experience, the familiar flavors that return as memory, and the sweetness that stays beyond the last bite.

2020
Where Joy Began
The very first layer of joy was shared through a humble mille crepe made with love for Mom’s birthday. What began as a small pre-order business soon found its first home in Kaliurang, Yogyakarta, marking the start of Bloomery’s journey.
2021
Growing Through Celebration
As more celebrations found their way to Bloomery, joy reached more tables and more families. New stores opened in Semarang and Taman Siswa, while new creations brought even more reasons to gather and celebrate.
2022
Sharing Joy Across Cities
Bloomery’s story continued beyond Yogyakarta, arriving in Solo and Jakarta. With every new city came new memories, new friendships, and new moments shared over something sweet.
2023
New Flavors, New Memories
The journey became even more colorful with the launch of Bloomery’s first macarons and another new home in Jakarta. More flavors meant more stories waiting to be told.
2024
A New Chapter of Joy
A new headquarters marked a fresh beginning for Bloomery. Alongside new stores and growing teams, the year became a milestone in building a stronger home for the joy we share.

More Ways to Experience Joy
A year of innovation and new beginnings. Bloomery expanded beyond cakes with the opening of Bloomery Atelier and the birth of Bloomery Joy-Mart, creating new spaces, experiences, and daily rituals where joy could be found in every form.
